Occupancy

The accommodation sleeps two people only. The accommodation is non-smoking. Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks are welcome subject to availability during the winter months but may be possible throughout the year upon request.

Arrival is from 3 p.m. and departure on your final day must be by 10 a.m.

We would be more than happy to accept delivery of groceries if you wish to shop at Tesco online before your departure for any provisions you may require throughout your stay. Please note the following post code for Tesco deliveries or satellite navigation, SA33 4LG

We also provide a covered parking space off-road.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of your stay.

If you are booking less than 6 weeks before your stay then the whole amount due must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is by cheque. If there is insufficient time to clear a cheque, payment will be by cash payable on arrival.

Payment can also be made through paypal, though 3.4% of the balance must be added to cover paypals handling fee. Please request details on booking.

Cancellation

If the balance payment is not received when due the booking will be cancelled and we will retain your deposit to cover our costs. If you have to cancel following receipt of the full payment we will make every attempt to re-sell your booking. If we are successful we will refund the monies paid less the deposit to cover our costs.
